ExchangePolicy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange a product, please review ​the guidelines below:


  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.


  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories included. -


  • Only products bought from EchoTurn.com qualify for exchanges.


  • Once approved, ship the item back (return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless the product is ​defective).


  • Gift cards, final sale items, and custom orders. For defective or damaged items, contact us within 7 ​days of delivery for a free replacement.
